Many people waste several years at young age. From the very 1st day of your careera, till today. How many year was it? For me 7 years.
So I was one wasted time and spending my income.
I regret that i didnt take 50% of my income to invest in SG stock market. Take a look in DBS share price 5 years ago till now. How much has it increase?
Im not talking about Bank shares only. it is the Same for Other listed company shares. Under reits there Captialmall, keppel dc etc.. the proof is there. LONG TERM INVEST AT LEAST 5 YEARS COME WITH GOOD RETURNS
Eg. 5 years ago, 1 share = $1 after five years 1 share $2.50.
So if one month i invest $1000. That will be $2500 in 5 years time.
And there is diviends. eg depending on the company diviend % 1 share = 0.08 1000 shares = $80
See? There is 4Q in a years. The company which earns will pay u 2 to 3 times a year.
Imagine u got alot of shares from different company.
you are buying your freedom.
Count them yourself. What is your return rate in 5 years time.
Definitely good time to start during covid perid when price are low!
However
Now most of the people would like to have their own careera. Some may started young. (Goodluck to you)
People think its easy. There is people who i encounted saying when fail you can start all over again.
But please. How much of saving and cash you can fork out to start your own careera?
but in this society. We need to Look into people demand.
The enconmy is evolving. New technogoly, new product.
Many did e-comm, Selling of hobbies and interest, read alot of books about careera, reading quotes to keep themselves motivated.
But can your product evolve? So the thing is, whatever you are looking at, is only all about your interest and hobbies. It will only stay there if there is no market demand. With same profit. What are the Chances of expending??
Some have his careera and a proper job.
But have you ever heard of this:
"No needle is sharp at both ends"
So if u cant. Start to invest first...
