After the Warm-up The Sparring Started. The First Sparring Partner Level was way to high For me. I did Try "Double Leg Takedown" on him. But Failed, I was Mount by him all the Time.

"When Match, Time is up - We Was ask to do Push-up, Squat, Sit-ups and Cruches."

(All the "3" Round was End with A Ground and Pound. I still have a Long Way to Go "BJJ Class will Help Me in My Escape Moves")

After while, My 2nd Sparring Partner was still ok. Able to "Take Down Him" and Did a "Kimura Arm Lock" WUAHAHA. So Shiok man. He TapOut!
(This is the 1st time i did a Kimura Arm Lock lei)

My Neck area are Ache-ing But its good. I Like the SPARRING MMA CLASSES.
