ANG JIA HAO
One of the 2 Junior Muay Thai Instructors at "FightWorks Asia" graduated from the pioneer cohort of the Fight Works Asia scholarship program, Ang is a professional Muay Thai Fighter.
He started training at FightWorks Asia in 2007 at the age of 17 under the tutelage of our head Muay thai instructor Kadir and various international instructors.
Ang turned professional in 2008 and have since won the prestigious 2008 S1 International Singapore Muay Thai Championship. Ang continues to show great dedication as he continues his journey to becoming a world class fighter.

As a Junior Instructor at FightWorks Asia, he is well liked by the students of the gym for his technical knowledge and for his padwork.

Brought me a Fight Fintness Martial Art Hand Wrap. It was a Straight Cloth. Then i have to warp Around my hand. Adrian demo once. Acutally its very easy, Maybe, for some. One time demo, u will be able to memorise.

Adrian likes Eastern MMA. It is also Call "Sanda or San shou" They have More Rules.

Congratulations to John Nguyen, Michael Thompson, Wahid Rahim, Jinyan Lee, and Vincent Widjaja!

Saturday meet my Classmates to do Some Project at Tampines Mart at 10am.
After that meet mark at 5.30pm at Bball Court. As usual, he always late.
Then wanted to watch Movie. Head home and prepare.
Meet up again. We took taxi. But Mark ask the diver to go Tampines Mart.

Friday, May 8, 2009: Life into Martial Arts
Last 2 days is wenesday right? :)
Well as promise my dad will follow me to Evolve MMA Gym with me today (My Younger bro and sis was following too)
We reach there around 6.10pm where the Free Trial Lesson has Alr Started. Was suprise when we reach there we saw a Media Corp Actress learning Boxing Stance From the Evolve Instructor.
So my dad Went near to the Mirror to have a Closer look. Then the Actress was doing some (Act cute movement) Doing a Straight punch to my dad and smile at him =.= (While i dont know her name)
MUAHAH Since the Actress was there. I tell my dad (SEE Even a Media Corp Actorss KNOWS about Evolve!) HAHAHAHAHA.
Went in and saw Renzo Gracie Right hand MAN! (Gordinho) WOO TALL! Shake has hand and chit alittle and then Geroge came in.
WT Fuck AND He was wearing a Blue Belt =.=! WOOO while he still remeber me LOL. Black belt World Champion Gordinho asked me to Try the Free Trial Lessons. Yeah i agreed to Try.
Was doing free trial when the students was training The Free Trial Lesson was done by a Blue belt black U.S guy. Teach me 3 Things.
A Take Down. Self Defence and Arm Bar.
And so i fall in love with BJJ.
The final Test. I have to Combine all this move in to a Competed Technique. (Yeah i have to do it fast). (Bro when u come back i show u what i Learn)
After the Trial dad And us Seat down and talk about the Program. A 1 year program and A 2 year program
The 1 year Program cost $249 each mth. U can join all the classes and Same free set of Renzo Acamdey outfit for training and Stuff. But they say when u reach to a level and win a Tournament the will Price Drop for you.
2 years program cost $189 each mth why iszit so cheap? (Dont feel like typing Lazy.)
Yeah Dad agreed to let me join but now i have to find Peeps hows has Visa card or master card.
DAD i would't let ur money go waste. After School i will head to the Gym For Classes. I will Train to win Tournaments.

Been Doing Sport the whole week 3 days of swimming 2 days of Jogging and sets.
