Last Friday is Sparring Class. This time there are 5, 5 mins MMA Sparring and 3 Grappling Sparring. You see, I didn't went to the Brazilian Ji-jinstu Classes Yet. Lost all the 3 Grappling Match.

For MMA. I was Out of Cardio in My 2nd Round "10 Mins" And I lost 3 Rounds. No win But Draw. Was like a Zombie. All i did was Striking in the last 3 rounds. No Take Down! No Ground.

Still Fucking Weak ya? LOL. I was Destory!

I am disapointed. Why?
I Cant do the Triangle Choke and 3 types of Arm Bar From Defence Position in the Right Way. Disappointed Really.
