Went jogging after work to burn away the calories.
Did some stretching at home before i head off for my workout.
This is the location where i usually start jogging.
Have always Prefer Jogging without any disturbance.
I did use the new apps which I've install to time myself and also to check the distance run.
Burned 307 calories. Not sure if 307 is good. Wondering if I have burn away the calories i have intake today.
but every normal human burn 1800 to 2000 or more. Also depending on the age group, active or non active.
Also did some abs training before heading home.
Ok, Time to chill.
Feels like my afford was wasted on the same day. Somersby apple cider is equal to 160 calories. Should be ok ya. 😛
