At 11am Went For Hair Cut at Aunt Heleen Place with "Kelvin".
Then we head to Bedok for Lunch with "Adrian". Had Chicken Rice and Fried Dumplings. (Half a chicken with three plates of rice cost $7 "So Cheap")
Went to Kelvin's Family kim sua Shop to help out.
Then we walk to the 2nd Kim sua Shop. Cause Kelvin forgot to take his PSP.
Kelvin fetch Us home to Prepare. We are going to Swim our at his Uncle's Condo (Mounview Park "Wrong Spelling").
20 laps. Then went to "Suana". Then Kelvin went to Wash his Car. we were in the car so we Blast the Music!
After that Kelvin Fetch Adrain Home. And I had to Reach E-Hub by 7pm to Meet up with "Tiffi". So kelvin drive me there.
Was on the way to Meet Tiffi "I was Confuse" Cause i Forgot the Way to the Lane to E-hub! We went to "BBQ Chicken" for Dinner
(But what we ate was Fish LOL)
She had Fish and Chips and I had Fish Cutlet.
(Actually planned to go Coffee Bean de. but end up in BBQ chicken.)

I hear having Big Muscler Fighters are more Easier to Defeat. Big Muscler Need lots of Oxygen and Blood to keep fresh and hence put a lot of pressure on our heart.
This fact is the very reason why lightweight fighters seem to have endless "cardio" in competition whereas heavyweight fighters typically run out of gas in a few rounds
The most important part of the body is the Core Muscler. But biceps are important too.
To be very clear, "lifting weights can help your game." However, it does not help an extraordinary amount. It must be done correctly in order for it to be effective too. If you lift for size and power, then you are in the wrong sport.

Drinking while playing Chinese Chess then had Mac for Supper.
The next Morning woke up at 9am. Meet Mark, Dennis and Hao ge at Inter Small Mac. Went to Tampines swimming Complex For Sun-tanning.
(Sun tanning feel so Good!)
After Tanning Adrian called. Went to find Adrian Then Head to "CS" arcade and did some Food Hunting. Played Street fighters EX.
Then Jie ming Called. He asked Us to Slack over at his house. He Brought Several Ps 3 Games (I was asking him if he brought the UFC game, ahh he nv buyyy!)
But nvm, He Brought Call on Duty 4!!!!!!
(I comfirm Mark likes this GAME alot but too bad. he have to head back to camp, Cannot bring him to Evolve Gym for Trial also.)
I head to dennis House and Bring some Tibits with Me and then cycle to Ming House. Played call on duty 4
(NICEEE!)
Then head home at 5am

1st Day
After my Class test. Went home and pack my stuff and head to Giant together with Ming, kelvin, kelvin's Gf and Friends.
The 1st night we played Poker and Heart Attack with Ming's Gangs.
Watch Adrian's Selection Video. The 2nd round was trashing! tsk tsk. But he did make the National San shou Guy fall hard. Boom! Good Job!
After that went to Mac~
2nd Day.
Woke up and Ming is already at Tampines 1 walking Around. Went to KFC and had lunch with Adrian. The other went off to do their things. Wei xiang went to Arcade.
Ming came back and we drank whiskey, Told Me What He Do and Saw Today. Then Dennis Called, He will be bring "vodka" and "chivas" the 12 years old.
Start the Fire and the BBQ begin.
